The Long Road Home - Season 1

In Baghdad on April 4, 2004, U.S. Lieutenant Shane Aguero and his platoon patrol the poor district of Sadr City when they are suddenly ambushed. The series follows the 1st Cavalry Division from Fort Hood through a fierce fight for survival during the Iraq War, portraying the events of the day that becomes known in military history as Black Sunday.
