In the offbeat beach community of Venice Beach, California, Chip is known as the person people turn to for perspective and personal insight. A recovering alcoholic still living in the shadow of a life-changing accident, he tries to face reality while carrying baggage he has not fully dealt with himself. As others look to him for clarity, Chip struggles to apply the same honesty to his own life.
