At the Law Enforcement Technology Advancement Centre, a virtual reality program known as SID 6.7 is built from the personalities of more than 150 serial killers. Sadistic, intelligent and dangerous, the simulation escapes into the real world and begins a reign of terror. With no ordinary threat to contain, an ex-cop is brought in as the one man capable of stopping it.
