At 28, Harvard Ph.D. student Jennifer Brea is struck by a fever that leaves her bedridden. As doctors dismiss her illness as being “all in her head,” she begins documenting her life from home, using a virtual connection to tell her own story and follow four other families facing the same misunderstood disease, one that has been largely forgotten by medicine.
