After being kicked out of their home, Tom and Jerry bring their long-running rivalry to a fancy New York hotel. Jerry settles into the Royal Gate Hotel just as a high-class wedding approaches, putting scrappy employee Kayla under pressure to solve the problem or risk losing her job. To evict the mouse before the big day, she hires Tom, setting off a chaotic battle inside the hotel.
