On the streets of Atlanta, Drew and Dolo cross paths while selling water and trying to find a way out of the trap’s grip. Both young men want more than the life around them, but their choices point in very different directions: one looks for a legitimate way to survive, while the other is drawn toward mayhem and the power of ruling the streets.
