The Warrior's Way

After refusing to carry out a mission, a warrior-assassin can no longer remain in the world he knows. Forced into hiding, he seeks refuge in a small town in the American Badlands, where survival depends on staying unnoticed and keeping the life he has fled from reaching him. In an unfamiliar place, his decision leaves him caught between secrecy and the threat that drove him there.
