After burning down a farmhouse, Kristen, a troubled young woman, is taken into police custody and confined to North Bend Psychiatric Hospital. Inside the institution, she is soon terrorized by a ghost and grows convinced that something deeply wrong is hidden at the heart of the place. Determined to understand what is happening around her, Kristen begins searching for the dark secret behind the hospital.
