The Time of Their Lives

Former Hollywood siren Helen is determined to leave her London retirement home and make it to the glamorous French hideaway of Ile de Re, where she plans to gatecrash the funeral of her ex-lover. With help from Priscilla, a repressed English housewife and unlikely new friend, Helen sets off on a hurried road trip from London to France, where mishaps along the way make the journey anything but ordinary.
