On the eve of their children’s wedding, New York dentist Sheldon Kornpett meets the groom’s father, Vince Ricardo, a manic stranger who claims to be a government agent. What begins as wedding preparation quickly turns into a string of chases and mishaps, pulling Sheldon into Vince’s chaotic world of the CIA, the Treasury Department and Central American dictators.
