During Christmas in Iceland, an archaeologist teams up with her ex-husband, a Norse language expert, to search for a legendary treasure. As more people join the hunt, their expedition becomes a tense race through clues, old history, and unresolved personal ties, with the treasure at risk of falling into the wrong hands.
