The Cat and the Moon

While his mother is in rehab, teenager Nick leaves home for New York City and temporarily stays with Cal, a jazz musician who was a friend of his late father. As Nick adjusts to an unfamiliar place and a complicated moment in his life, he falls in with a group of local kids who introduce him to the city and the experiences it has to offer.
