Spiritwalker

After losing his memory, a man wakes to find himself in a different body, with no understanding of who he is or what has happened to him. Every twelve hours, his consciousness shifts again, forcing him to gather clues before he changes once more. As he struggles to piece together his identity, he is hunted by agents and dangerous criminals who seem to know more about him than he does.
