Convicted serial killer Max Seed survives the electric chair, leaving the men responsible for his punishment with a terrifying problem. Bound and buried alive after the failed execution, Seed claws his way back to the surface. Seemingly impossible to kill, he begins a brutal rampage, targeting those who caused his suffering as well as anyone unlucky enough to cross his path.
