Two brothers use their father’s beat-up old ambulance to intercept 911 calls, taking control of emergencies before proper help can respond. Driven by revenge, they focus on a group of careless teen drivers, turning what should be a call for rescue into a dangerous encounter as the teens face the consequences of the brothers’ grim mission.
