Andy Singer is an out-of-work actor trying to get by as a struggling New York City realtor when his already fragile life starts to fall apart. In the middle of being evicted, he is confronted with another shock: his estranged 10-year-old daughter, Anna, arrives at his doorstep without warning. With his home and career in crisis, Andy must face the sudden return of a child he has been separated from.
