When a villainous archaeologist named Dexter steals an ancient Chinese artifact, Norm is determined to make things right. Keeping his word to help return the treasure to the people of China, he sets off across the world with his loyal Lemming friends. Together, they must track down the missing artifact and bring it back where it belongs.
