A group of devoted trop-rock fanatics heads out for an impersonator contest, ready to celebrate their favorite beachy music scene. But the trip takes a deadly turn when members of the group begin getting killed off one by one. Their unlikely attacker is a half-man, half-bird parrot man, dressed in a tasteful floral shirt and bringing terror to the festivities.
