Dale, Kurt and Nick decide to take a chance on themselves by launching their own business, hoping to leave their old workplace problems behind. But their plan starts to fall apart when a slick investor gets involved and things do not go the way they expected. Frustrated and desperate, the trio turns to a harebrained kidnapping scheme that is misguided from the start.
