With less than a month before their first child is due, parents-to-be Jackie and Elliott set out on a chaotic push for self-discovery. Determined to become more fully realized before the baby arrives, they try to confront and shed the inherited dysfunction of their own upbringings in an honest, funny portrait of parents, children, and the fears passed between them.
