Fire Down Below

After an EPA representative is murdered in a small Appalachian community, undercover agent Jack Taggart is sent to find out what happened. Posing as a handyman with a Christian relief agency, he begins investigating a network of lucrative toxic waste dumps, while locals who benefit from the operation work to keep their secret hidden.
