Mona is a struggling writer who has built a quiet, isolated life around caring for her ailing Sikh father. When he suffers a debilitating stroke, the fragile routine she depends on is upended by the sudden arrival of her three successful siblings. As they gather at the family home, each determined to take charge of what happens next, old tensions surface and Mona is forced to confront her place within the family.
