Dear John

While home on a two-week leave from Germany, Sergeant John Tyree meets Savannah, a conservative college student, after he dives into the ocean to retrieve her purse when it falls from a pier. Their chance encounter grows into a romance, but John’s military duty soon calls him back overseas. As they face time apart, Savannah promises to keep their connection alive through letters.
