Dear Dictator

When political turmoil drives General Anton Vincent, a British-Caribbean dictator, from his island nation, he takes refuge in suburban America with rebellious teenager Tatiana Mills. Hiding far from home, he becomes an unlikely mentor to Tatiana, teaching her the tactics of revolution as she looks for a way to challenge the mean girls who rule her high school.
