A confident up-and-coming attorney reluctantly takes on an unusual discrimination case when a woman determined to become a priest asks for his help. Together, they file suit against the Archdiocese of New Orleans, challenging its refusal to allow her into the priesthood and forcing the lawyer into a fight he never expected to take seriously.
