Hyun-soo lives under the watch of her mother, Yoon-Hee, a renowned plastic surgeon whose work draws a constant stream of girls seeking beauty consultations. Their orderly life begins to unravel when Hyun-soo’s friends, after receiving facial surgery from Yoon-Hee, start dying in mysterious suicides, each one cutting out her own face.
