In this drama horror starring Katharine Isabelle, Antonio Cupo, Tristan Risk, a medical student named Mary is broke and becoming increasingly disenchanted with the surgical world she once admired. Desperately in need of money, she accepts a wad of cash to stitch up a bloodied criminal and subsequently gets sucked into an underground career as a surgeon performing extreme body modification.
