Over the course of a single night, a woman learns that her brother has relapsed on heroin and sets out to get him help. With his two-year-old daughter along for the ride, she drives across Los Angeles in search of a detox center, trying to keep the situation moving as her brother’s addiction turns a family crisis into an urgent and difficult journey through the city.
